Data transformations and optimizations will be straightforward, and illustrate and demonstrate the pattern for enrichment. The first 4 weeks of the project are foundational. At this stage, it is crucial that we collaborate closely on defining scope, understanding, and refining business requirements, and defining clear metrics for success.
The first 2 weeks are an assessment and discovery so Ippon consultants can work with you to understand your goals, tech environment, and success criteria. Weeks 3 and 4 are about standing up the Snowflake instance including configurations and RBAC. Weeks 5 and 6 are about data ingestion from one data set. Weeks 7 and 8 are about preparing a subset of that data for analytics and reporting. Finally, weeks 9 and 10 are about deploying the tool to end users, defining the next steps, and any additional support required.
Given the short timeline, close collaboration is critical for the project to be successful. We will need open communication and availability for knowledge transfer, interviews, architecture overviews, and assistance working through any blockers rapidly.
Support is one of the main focuses of weeks 9 and 10; further development work will be available at preferred rates.
