Maddie Koerber joined Estes Forwarding Worldwide in 2018 and serves as Chief Information Officer, leading strategic technology initiatives. In her role, she oversees the development and growth of customer, carrier, and internal-facing technologies with a focus on and passion for building programs and creating tools that are scalable. Prior to her role as CIO, she was responsible for EFW’s large-scale IT projects and program management. Notable initiatives she was responsible for included the creation of efwtrack.com, which allows for real-time end-to-end supply chain data visibility for millions of site visitors annually, live chat, and text message functionality. She also oversaw and continues to direct the buildout of EFW’s robust suite of APIs and microservices, which streamline customer connectivity and automation initiatives.
