Getting to know Lori Jennings:
Lori Jennings launched her tech career with industry leaders like EMC and Cisco, later leading sales at a regional data consulting firm. There, she discovered a passion for recruitment, inspiring her to found Jennings ProSearch in 2008, specializing in placing high-demand senior technical to executive-level talent. Lori advises mid-market companies, consulting firms, private equity, and startups to secure exceptional technical leaders. She is also deeply engaged in the tech community, serving on the board and as VP of Programs for the Association for Corporate Growth, on the boards of the VCU Ram Athletic Fund and VCU’s IS Advisory Board, and as Chair of rvatech's "Tech’s Most Creative City" brand platform. Recently appointed to Governor Youngkin’s AI Task Force, Lori continues to shape tech, and data innovation across Virginia.
