THE DATA POUR

Episode 3 Featuring Ken Jordan

In the latest episode of The Data Pour, Steve sits down with Ken Jordan (co-founder, Purple Gold Partners) for an engaging conversation about community involvement, the origins of Purple Gold Partners, and the impact of artificial intelligence. The discussion also explores the current landscape of technology, talent, and recruiting and delves into the new partnership between Ippon and PGP—all while enjoying some excellent brews at Ardent Craft Ales in Richmond’s Scott’s Addition.

An Introduction to Ken Jordan:

Before co-founding Purple Gold Partners, Ken held divisional and enterprise CIO and CTO roles at Capital One and Wells Fargo, where he led global engineering and operations functions. His leadership has spanned start-up teams and multi-billion-dollar businesses, earning his teams international recognition for excellence in digital workplace innovation, engineering, and customer experience. Ken has deep expertise in agile transformation, cloud migration, marketing technology, digital customer experience, and third-party management. His strategic leadership has consistently delivered impactful solutions at scale.

Ken is also deeply committed to community service as the president and board chair of L.A.U.N.C.H. for Life, a mentoring non-profit for fatherless boys. A passionate advocate for mentoring and youth development, Ken actively supports various causes to create meaningful change in his community.
