Getting to Know Nell Meshcheryakov:
Nell Meshcheryakov is the Senior Director of Transformation at SEI and leads the AI Center of Excellence. With an extensive background spanning roles in academics, operations, transformation, innovation, IT, and strategy, Nell brings a holistic approach to the field of responsible AI. Nell has been passionate about AI since she created her first model in 2017, completed a certificate in Machine Learning and AI from MIT (2020), focused her dissertation on Algorithmic Bias and Machine Learning (2021), and has spoken publicly about this topic in the last couple of years in a number of different formats. She is currently pursuing a master's in systems engineering from Harvard. Her interdisciplinary expertise drives her mission to build responsible, impactful AI systems, focusing on fairness, transparency, and accountability.
